In January 2023, Tarasvat took part in ITTF — the India Textile Trade Fair, held in Bangladesh from the 11th to the 14th. The fair was organized by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SGCCI) alongside ASK Trade & Exhibitions, and supported by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India — a fitting stage for a fair built to strengthen textile trade between the two countries.
“Some of our most meaningful conversations happen when we step outside our own market and into someone else’s.”
A Step Beyond Borders
Representing Tarasvat outside India, at an exhibition designed specifically to bring Indian and Bangladeshi textile businesses closer together, gave us a different kind of exposure — a chance to understand how our jacquard controllers could serve mills beyond the markets we were already familiar with.
What We Showcased
At the time, our jacquard controller was available across a few hook configurations, built to match the exact loom setup of each customer — offered in 960 hook, 1056 hook, and 1248 hook variants, running on a keypad or touch-screen interface with pattern storage on memory card or built-in memory. It’s the same core reliability we’ve carried forward into every controller we build today, wherever in the world it ends up.
