Tarasvat took part in GTTES 2025 — the 3rd edition of the Global Textile Technology & Engineering Show — held at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai, and organized by the India ITME Society. The event brought together textile machinery manufacturers, distributors, and technicians from across India and abroad, all under one roof for three days of live demonstrations and business conversations.
The Story So Far
Our stall, H3A12, saw a steady flow of visitors right from day one. Several of our existing customers stopped by to see us in person — always good to catch up face-to-face after months of calls and WhatsApp support. At the same time, a number of new customers visited the stall, genuinely excited about our jacquard controllers and eager to explore working with us for the first time. Visitors also got a close look at our full range of products, from controllers to spare parts, and many were introduced to Ahevalnest, our reporting system for tracking machine performance and support history.
What Visitors Asked About Most
Most conversations at our stall centered around our electronic jacquard controllers and the availability of genuine spare parts — visitors wanted to know how quickly parts could reach their location, and how our support team handles installation and troubleshooting after purchase. It’s exactly this kind of direct feedback that helps us keep improving both our products and our service.
